Yeah. That was a LOT harder than running!
At any rate. Expo was good. Nothing new and exciting. Except maybe the Bondi Band booth. But it's always my favorite. I'll detail that in another post.
So here I go into la-la land for a good nights sleep and rest with prayers and dreams of a PR.
